Jay Quartz is the ideal and most affordable product of engineered stone for kitchen counter tops,back splash, wall cladding and bathroom vanities. Jay Quartz has a warranty of 15 years for stainand scratch resistance.
It is low maintenance as it cleans very easily with mild detergents, and such as stubborn stains can be removed with chemico liquid and the soft side of the sponge. We recommend to use cleaning products between ph 5-9 as products outside this range may be harmful to the surface. Its non porous and very hygienic.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning products such as oven cleaners, handy andy and dish washing liquids as this could permanently damage your surface.
- Don’t leave cleaning products on surfaces for more than 5 minutes.
- Don’t allow dirt and residue to remain on surface for extended periods.
- Do not use products containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride, such as paint removers or strippers.
- Products containing oils or powder may leave residue and should be rinsed off thoroughly.
- Rinse off cleaning products thoroughly from surface.
- It is durable and can only take heat up to 100 degrees therefore refrain from putting pots and pans directly off the stove onto counter tops. Generally use a cutting board for this purpose.
- If the surface is exposed to temperatures high than 70 degrees, Support the surface from underneath to Prevent surface from warping.
Our stone is highly scratch resist, However, avoid Using knives and screwdrivers and other sharp objects directly on surface.
Exclusions the warranty does not cover:
1. Burn marks due to negligence
2. Flooring Applications
3. Improper installation
4. Any Chemical damage,
5, Labour costs of installation for claims approved as only material will be supplied.
6, Outside installations
